How Adnah Healthcare collects, stores and uses personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and how to exercise your rights.

Adnah Healthcare Limited ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 11561587. Our registered office is Kingsgate Business Centre, The Willow Centre, Unit 3, Regina Road, Chelmsford, England, CM1 1PE.

The person responsible for data protection at Adnah Healthcare is Phidelima Umeyor, who can be reached at info@adnahhealthcare.co.uk or on 01245 526 785.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB633390.

What we collect, and why

If you apply for work

We collect your name, contact details, the role and area you want, your right to work status and your CV. If you continue to full registration we also collect your date of birth, address, National Insurance number, professional registration number, employment history, references, training records, DBS details and copies of identity documents.

Some of this is special category data or criminal offence data. We process it to assess your suitability for work and to meet our legal obligations as an employment business.

If you enquire about staff

We collect your name, organisation, role, contact details and what you have told us about your requirement.

We record standard technical information and, if you consent, analytics. See our Cookies Policy.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.

Where it is held

Our systems are hosted within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where any supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Changes

This policy was last updated on 27 September 2026. We will tell registered candidates if we make a significant change.
