Who we are

Adnah Healthcare Limited is a staffing and consultancy business based in Braintree, Essex. We supply care workers, registered nurses and allied health professionals to care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, private hospitals and public sector organisations across London, the South East and East Anglia.

We have been doing it since 2018.

How we work

Two things shape everything else. First, nobody goes to a service until every check is complete and recorded, because a service that has to chase paperwork after a shift has already been let down. Second, every client and every worker deals with a person who knows them, rather than whoever picks up.

Our booking team answers 24 hours a day, because care does not stop at five o'clock and neither does a rota gap.

Accreditation

We hold the matrix Standard at Platinum level, the quality standard for organisations delivering information, advice and guidance. Platinum is the highest tier of that standard, and it is assessed rather than self-declared.

We are also Cyber Essentials certified, which matters when you are handing us identity documents and personal data.
