Who this is for
Usually one of three situations. A service expecting an inspection and wanting to know what would be found. A service that has had a difficult outcome and needs to demonstrate improvement. Or a provider opening a new service who would rather get the systems right first time.
We work with the people already in the building. The aim is that your own team can run the service well after we leave, not that you need us again next year.
How it starts
